LaunchPad is a personalized 60-day career-development program for recent college graduates who need direction, professional positioning, and practical job-search tools. Through live guidance, you will clarify your target, translate your education and early experience into professional value, strengthen your résumé and LinkedIn presence, prepare for interviews, and approach your search with confidence.

WHY LAUNCHPAD

Your Degree Is the Beginning. Now You Need a Direction.

Turn your education and early experience into a professional story employers can understand.

Entering the job market can feel overwhelming when you have a degree but are unsure which opportunities fit, how your experience transfers, or what employers expect.

HOW IT WORKS

A Personalized Process From Direction to Action

LaunchPad progresses through three connected stages during your 60-day program.

Step 1

Discover and Map

We begin by exploring your education, experience, interests, strengths, priorities, and possible career directions. Through career-mapping exercises, a DiSC assessment, and guided discovery, we identify promising paths and determine which opportunities deserve further exploration.

Step 2

Develop

We build your résumé, cover letter, LinkedIn strategy, and professional positioning around your target opportunities—not a generic idea of what a graduate should pursue.

Step 3

Launch

You learn how to find appropriate opportunities, approach applications strategically, prepare for interviews, and use your new career tools with greater confidence.

IS LAUNCHPAD RIGHT FOR YOU?

Designed for Graduates Ready to Build Direction and Momentum

LaunchPad is most effective when you are willing to participate, explore possibilities, and complete the work between sessions.

LaunchPad May Be Right for You If:

  • You recently completed—or are close to completing—college.

  • You are unsure which roles align with your education and strengths.

  • You have several interests but no clear career direction.

  • You need help translating internships, projects, volunteer work, or early employment into professional value.

  • You want personalized career tools and live strategic guidance.

  • You are ready to complete assignments and participate in the process.

LaunchPad May Not Be the Right Fit If:

  • You only need minor edits to an existing résumé.

  • You already have a clear target and only need one career document.

  • You want someone to apply for jobs on your behalf.

  • You are looking for guaranteed interviews or employment.

  • You are not prepared to participate in discovery, career mapping, or assignments.

FOR PARENTS AND FAMILIES

Support Their Progress Without Directing Every Decision

LaunchPad gives graduates an independent, structured process for exploring their options and taking responsibility for their next steps.

It can be difficult to watch a recent graduate struggle to find direction—especially when you know they have ability but are unsure how to turn their education and experience into a career.

LaunchPad provides professional guidance, structure, accountability, and practical career tools while keeping the graduate actively involved in every decision. The goal is not to choose a career for them. It is to help them understand their strengths, investigate realistic possibilities, and learn how to move forward independently.

Parents or family members may purchase the program, but the graduate must be willing to participate, complete assignments, attend sessions, and take ownership of the process.

Frequently asked questions

You've got questions. We've got answers.

Who is LaunchPad designed for?

LaunchPad is designed for recent college graduates and students approaching graduation who need career direction, professional positioning, job-search tools, or support transitioning from education into the workforce.

What if I do not know which career I want to pursue?

That is one of the primary reasons LaunchPad exists. Career mapping, guided discovery, and target-role research will help you explore realistic possibilities before we build your résumé and other career tools.

How does the 60-day program work?

The program combines live Zoom sessions, personalized assignments, career-development tools, and feedback. Each stage builds on the previous work, so active participation and completing assignments between sessions are important.

Does LaunchPad guarantee a job or interviews?

No career service can guarantee employer decisions. LaunchPad provides professional guidance, stronger career materials, practical job-search skills, and a more focused strategy. Results also depend on participation, market conditions, qualifications, and hiring decisions.

Can a parent or family member purchase LaunchPad?

Yes. A parent or family member may purchase the program, but the graduate must actively participate, attend sessions, complete assignments, and take ownership of their decisions.

What happens after enrollment?

You will receive access instructions and a booking link for your initial LaunchPad strategy session. Please schedule that session promptly so we can begin the 60-day process.

What is the LaunchPad cancellation and refund policy?

Cancellation may be requested before the initial strategy session, provided that the DiSC assessment has not been accessed and personalized work has not begun. Once a session occurs, an assessment is accessed, or customized services begin, the program fee is nonrefundable. Sessions require at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule, and participant delays do not automatically extend the 60-day program period.
