Please read these Terms carefully before using this website or purchasing or accessing any Propel product, resource, or service.

1. About Propel Resume & Career Services

Propel Resume & Career Services, LLC provides professional résumé writing, LinkedIn optimization and training, career coaching, interview preparation, job-search education, digital resources, courses, workshops, and related career-development services.

Information provided through this website is intended for career-development and educational purposes. Services and deliverables may vary depending on the individual engagement or product purchased.

2. No Employment Guarantee

Propel provides professional guidance, career tools, education, research, and strategic support designed to help clients strengthen how they communicate their experience and navigate their careers and job searches.

Propel does not guarantee interviews, job offers, promotions, salary increases, employment, acceptance into a particular role or organization, or any other specific career outcome.

Hiring and employment decisions are made by employers and depend on numerous factors outside Propel's control, including market conditions, employer requirements, qualifications, competition, networking activity, interview performance, compensation expectations, and the client's participation in the job-search process.

3. Professional Career Guidance

Information provided through this website, blog, Career Resource Library, courses, videos, downloads, workshops, coaching materials, and other educational resources represents professional career guidance and general educational information.

Such information is not intended to constitute legal, financial, tax, medical, mental-health, or other licensed professional advice.

Users and clients remain responsible for evaluating information and making their own career, employment, financial, and professional decisions.

4. Client Services and Service Agreements

Purchases of individualized résumé writing, LinkedIn services, career coaching, interview preparation, or other professional services may be subject to a separate Service Agreement.

When a product or program is purchased for another individual, the purchaser is responsible for providing accurate participant information and confirming that the participant has agreed to participate. Program communications, coaching discussions, assessments, assignments, and participant information will ordinarily remain between Propel and the participant unless the participant authorizes disclosure or disclosure is otherwise required by law.

The applicable Service Agreement may establish the scope of work, deliverables, payment terms, client responsibilities, revision provisions, timelines, cancellation or rescheduling terms, project-completion requirements, and other conditions applicable to the engagement.

If there is a conflict between these Terms & Conditions and an applicable Service Agreement concerning individualized client services, the Service Agreement will control with respect to those services.

5. Accuracy of Client Information

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding their employment history, education, credentials, accomplishments, skills, dates, certifications, licenses, performance results, and other professional qualifications.

Propel does not knowingly fabricate credentials, employment history, accomplishments, qualifications, skills, performance metrics, or other material information.

Clients are responsible for reviewing completed career documents and confirming the accuracy of all information before submitting or publishing those materials to employers, recruiters, networking contacts, job boards, social-media platforms, or other third parties.

6. Résumé and Career Document Formatting

Propel creates customized résumé and career documents based on each client's experience, career goals, target opportunities, and content needs.

Résumés prepared by Propel through individualized résumé-writing services are created in Microsoft Word based on the client’s content, goals, and target opportunities rather than through the use of a generic prewritten résumé. Self-guided educational programs may include editable résumé templates for participants to use when developing their own materials.

Customers purchasing a résumé review or other document-evaluation service are responsible for submitting complete, readable, and accurate materials in the requested format. Turnaround periods begin only after all required materials have been received and successfully opened. Delayed, incomplete, inaccessible, or corrupted submissions may delay delivery and do not automatically extend any applicable submission or access period.

Clients should review Word documents using Microsoft Word to ensure that drafts and final documents display as intended. Opening, converting, or editing documents in Google Docs or other third-party applications may alter fonts, spacing, pagination, margins, bullets, alignment, and other formatting.

Propel is not responsible for formatting changes caused by third-party software, file-conversion tools, applicant tracking systems, job boards, employer systems, or modifications made to documents after delivery.

7. Applicant Tracking Systems, Artificial Intelligence, and Technology

Propel Resume & Career Services uses professional judgment, current résumé-writing practices, research tools, and technology to support the career-development process.

Artificial intelligence (“AI”) and other technology tools may be used to assist with research and analysis, including researching target roles and career paths, analyzing job descriptions, exploring companies and industries, identifying relevant skills and qualifications, evaluating hiring trends, and developing a deeper understanding of employment opportunities related to a client's goals.

AI may also assist with organizing, comparing, and analyzing information during the development of career materials. AI does not replace Propel's professional judgment, client collaboration, or individualized writing process.

Résumés, LinkedIn profiles, cover letters, and other career materials are developed based on each client's actual experience, qualifications, accomplishments, goals, and information provided during the engagement. Propel does not knowingly use AI or other technology to fabricate credentials, employment history, accomplishments, performance metrics, skills, or other professional qualifications.

Because information generated or identified through AI and other research technologies may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate, Propel applies professional judgment and, when appropriate, additional research or verification before relying on that information in client work. Clients remain responsible for reviewing and confirming the accuracy of their final career documents.

Propel also considers current applicant tracking system (“ATS”), recruiter-search, and hiring-technology practices when developing career materials. However, recruiting technologies, algorithms, AI screening tools, search platforms, and employer systems vary and change over time.

Accordingly, Propel does not guarantee that a résumé, LinkedIn profile, or other career document will perform in, be selected by, rank within, or “pass” any particular ATS, AI screening tool, recruiter platform, search algorithm, or employer technology. References to ATS compatibility, optimization, keywords, search visibility, or similar concepts do not constitute a guarantee of an interview, job offer, or other employment outcome.

8. Career Resource Library and Free Materials

Propel may provide complimentary guides, worksheets, checklists, educational materials, career resources, videos, and other content through the Career Resource Library or elsewhere on the website.

Free registration may be required to access certain resources.

Unless otherwise stated, these resources are provided for the registered user's personal, noncommercial use.

Resources may not be sold, redistributed, republished, uploaded to another resource library, incorporated into a competing product or service, or represented as another person's or organization's original work without prior written permission from Propel.

Propel may add, update, replace, or remove complimentary resources from time to time.

9. Courses, Workshops, Training, and Educational Programs

Propel may offer online courses, workshops, webinars, training programs, group programs, or other educational products.

Unless otherwise stated, purchasing or registering for an educational product provides a limited, personal, nonexclusive, and nontransferable right to access and use the applicable materials for the participant's own career development.

Account access, login credentials, course materials, paid resources, and restricted content may not be shared with another individual unless Propel expressly authorizes such sharing.

Course materials, worksheets, videos, frameworks, presentations, recordings, exercises, guides, and related content remain the intellectual property of Propel or the applicable rights holder.

Access periods begin on the date of purchase or enrollment unless the applicable product page expressly states otherwise. Access expires automatically at the end of the stated period. Failure to access, download, complete, or use a product during the available access period does not automatically extend access or entitle the purchaser to a refund. Any extension is at Propel’s discretion unless otherwise required by law.

Specific programs or products may be subject to additional terms disclosed on the applicable product page or during checkout.

10. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, content available through this website—including written content, branding, graphics, guides, worksheets, training materials, frameworks, videos, course materials, downloads, presentations, and other original materials—is owned by or licensed to Propel Resume & Career Services, LLC and may be protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Materials expressly made available for download may be used for personal career-development purposes unless otherwise stated.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Propel intellectual property to a website visitor, subscriber, customer, or client.
