I've spent more than 25 years across corporate environments, leadership roles, client-facing positions, technical communication, sales, marketing, finance, and business. That range taught me something important: experience doesn't always fit neatly into a job title—and sometimes the hardest part of moving forward is recognizing the value you've already built.
That's the perspective I bring to every client relationship.
I founded Propel Resume & Career Services to create a practical, judgment-free place where professionals can step back, rethink where they're going, and learn how to communicate what they bring to the table.
Today, I work with professionals across the United States—from recent graduates entering the workforce to experienced leaders navigating career changes, promotions, layoffs, and reinvention.
